RETURN ELIGIBILITY
• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) required

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Used, damaged, or tampered items
• Products with broken seals or missing accessories
• Flash sale items (unless defective)

DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEMS
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Free replacement or full refund after verification

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
• Refused deliveries without valid reason may result in blacklisting
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

REFUND PROCESS
• Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
